I have three pictures displayed on my home page. The first picture to the left shows the outcome of war, certain soldiers lost their lives, others lost parts of their body. The picture to the right shows the uncomfortable situations they had to go through, hundreds of men had to lie next to each other side by side in damp trenches. Some of the trenches had actual puddles that had all types of insects and bugs. While some trenches were filled with rats that would eat anything they could get their hands on. Many men died from sicknesses that were caused from these trenches. Lastly, the picture on the bottle displays the use of the machine gun which was the main weapon in World War I. Due to the machine gun it caused many cases of stalemate throughout the war. It also was known for killing the most men in the shortest period of time.
